The Office of the Human Rights Defender provided an opinion on the RA Government’s draft decision related to the order and conditions of crediting the programme on “Affordable apartments to military servicemen”.
The draft decision provides the conditions and order of long-term mortgage loans with affordable and privileged conditions for the purpose of purchasing an apartment or house by military servicemen.
