The Human Rights Defender Arman Tatoyan sent a letter of condolences to the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation Tatyana Moskalkova on the tragic incident in Magnitogorsk.
“Dear Tatyan Moskalkova,
With deep sorrow I learned about the tragic news on the collapse of Magnitogorsk's residential building which claimed lives of residents, including children.
Please accept my sincere and deepest condolences on this tragedy. Please, also accept my words of sympathy and support for the families and relatives of the victims of the tragedy.
I wish them courage and endurance for everyone at this difficult time.
I want to assure you that my thoughts are with you at this tragic moment and I share your grief," the letter reads.
