The citizen applied to the Tavush sub-division of the
Human Rights Defender's Office of the Republic of Armenia, requesting the
Defender's assistance in fully accounting for their work experience.
Regarding the raised issue, the Defender requested
clarifications from the competent state body.
As a result, additional examinations were carried out.
Through the cooperation of the Human Rights Defender’s
Office of the Republic of Armenia and the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs
of the Republic of Armenia, the unaccounted periods were added to the citizen’s
work experience, based on which the pension was recalculated, and the underpaid
amount was also paid to the citizen.
