On July 15, the Human Rights Defender of the Republic of
Armenia, Ms. Anahit Manasyan and the Public Defender of Rights of the Slovak
Republic JUDr. Róbert Dobrovodský visited the Tsitsernakaberd Memorial Complex
to pay tribute to the memory of the victims of the Armenian Genocide.
The heads of the ombuds institutions of the two countries
laid flowers at the eternal flame commemorating the victims of the Genocide.
Representatives of the Human Rights Defender’s Office of
the Republic of Armenia and the Public Defender of Rights of the Slovak
Republic also participated in the visit.
Ms. Anahit Manasyan and JUDr. Róbert Dobrovodský also
visited the Armenian Genocide Museum-Institute and got acquainted with the
exhibition. The Public Defender of Rights of the Slovak Republic made a note in
the guestbook of honor.
