February 20, the Human Rights Defender of the Republic of Armenia Ms. Anahit
Manasyan received Dr. Ali Abdulkarem Utawi, Chargé d'Affaires of the Embassy of
the Republic of Iraq in the Republic of Armenia.
The
interlocutors discussed a number of issues of mutual interest.
