compatriots, Dear servicemen,
I
congratulate on the occasion of the 33nd anniversary of the formation of our
Army.
The
Army is one of the pillars of our independent statehood and a vital guarantor
of the country's security.
The
protection of human rights and the rule of law in the Armed Forces have
exceptional importance and are a priority in my work.
The
protection of the rights of every representative of the Armed Forces is always
at the centre of my attention. I regularly visit military units and
institutions, personally meeting with servicemen to understand and address the
issues that concern them.
Relevant
proposals and solutions are developed and presented to the competent state bodies
for the systemic problems we have identified.
Congratulating
once again on the occasion of the holiday, I wish our servicemen safe service
and peace and prosperity to our country.”
