Following
the study of complaints regarding the demolition of unauthorized constructions
on Lvovyan Street by the Yerevan Municipality, the Human Rights Defender has
made a decision on the existence of the violation of the rights or freedoms of
a group of residents. The decision registers the violation of the rights to
proper administration and effective judicial protection, which are guaranteed
by the Constitution of Armenia.
