An examination has been initiated by the Human Rights Defender regarding the
video disseminated on the Internet regarding the arrest of Narek Samsonyan.
Within the framework of the examination, a rapid response
visit was carried out on the instructions of the Defender: at the moment the
representatives of the Defender are in the police department of the Ministry of
Internal Affairs of the RA.
