Today, the representatives of the Human Rights Defender visited
the serviceman wounded as a result of the shooting of the Azerbaijani armed
forces in the direction of the Armenian post located in the Paruyr Sevak
village of the Ararat region on November 18 at the Central Clinical Military
Hospital of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia.
The Defender's representatives got acquainted with the health
condition of the serviceman, discussed with the medical staff the issues
related to the health condition of the serviceman and the course of treatment.
Private conversations were held with the wounded serviceman and
his family members.
The soldier emphasized that he was wounded as a result of a shot
fired by the Azerbaijani armed forces at around 09:50 on the morning of
November 18.
The Defender's Office is in constant contact with hospital
management and medical workers regarding issues related to the health condition
of the wounded serviceman. The issues related to the health condition of the
serviceman continued to be under the special attention of the Defender.
