On the instructions of the Human Rights Ddefender, the rapid
response groups visited the police departments within the framework of the
cases of arresting people, participating in protests in different parts of
Yerevan.
Private conversations are being held with the detained persons,
the grounds for detention, as well as the state of ensuring their rights in the
Police Departments are being examined.
We inform you that the Office of the Human Rights Defender is
working in an emergency mode, monitoring and examinations are being carried out
by the staff.
