The citizen who had not received pension for 18 months because of being absent from the country applied to the RA Human Rights Defender. Examining the information contained in the application, it was found that the citizen was a pensioner of the Republic of Artsakh, and the application was redirected to the Artsakh Human Rights Defender.
In the framework of the initiated examination, the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the Republic of Artsakh informed that the payment of the citizen had been terminated because the latter had not appeared to receive the money for 12 consecutive months.
The Ministry informed the Artsakh Human Rights Defender that the citizen applied to the respective division and he was going to receive the unpaid pension in September.
