A citizen with second degree disability applied to RA Human Rights Defender for not being granted a healthcare referral for rehabilitation.
As the applicant states healthcare referrals for rehabilitation are granted to social (special) groups, whereas he, being a person with second degree disability, is not included in them.
In the scope of the discussion procedure initiated at the Defender's Office it has been found that there is a necessary to fill in the documents accurately, as well as the citizen had not attached the document concerning his disability degree to his application addressed to the Yerevan Municipality.
After presenting all the necessary documents, Yerevan Municipality informed the Defender that the citizen was given the referral.
