The Human Rights Defender’s Office has summarized all the information obtained as a result of the fact-finding missions conducted in relation to the shelling carried out by the Azerbaijani armed forces from January of this year up until now in the direction of Chinari, Voskepar, Baghanis, Voskevan, Koti and Barekamavan borderline villages of Tavush region of Armenia.
In particular, the facts of shelling carried out by the Azerbaijani armed forces and targeting of the civilian population and injuring them have been summarized, revealing the nature and patterns of the recorded violations.
The results of the summaries have been sent to international organizations and international human rights institutions.
Currently, preparatory works are in process aimed at organizing international meetings and discussions, and making all the facts stated in the special reports subject to discussion.
