In 2021, the hotline of
the Human Rights Defender of Armenia received 14,124 applications-complaints.
For comparison, the
number of the calls to the hotline in 2016 was 2086, 1876 in 2017, 2802 in
2018, while the number of calls to the hotline increase more the twofold in
2019, becoming 6210, and in 2020, 11.735.
