A
citizen applied to the Human Rights Defender in relation to the issue of changing
the disability group that was assigned to them.
Through
an application, the citizen presented that their health condition was not
thoroughly analyzed during the socio-medical examination, as a result of which
the 2nd disability group that was previously assigned to them was changed by the
3rd disability group, without providing sufficient justification.
Within
the framework of the analysis of the application, a letter was addressed to the
competent state body, presenting the circumstances and information that need
further studies. The applicant was subjected to a reexamination, as a result of
which they were assigned to the 2nd disability group.
