Everything should
be done to make everyone feel that every single one of their rights written on
"paper" is guaranteed in reality.
This is the
principle purpose of the work of the state and all public officials.
On Human Rights
Day, celebrated on December 10, I would like to pay special tribute to
journalists, human rights defenders, lawyers, and my staff of the Office of the
Human Rights Defender, who change the environment and the world around them for
the better every day. They help and protect people.
Discrimination,
bias, and double standards further deepen issues in the process of protection
of human rights.
Human Rights, and
human dignity cannot be disregarded for political, personal or any other
purpose.
