The citizen had applied
to the Human Rights Defender of Armenia to receive assistance for their
transfer to a social-care home.
The citizen informed that
they had a disability of the 3rd group, and did not have the financial means to
acquire medications or accommodation.
The application was
approved for analysis, and letters were sent to the competent bodies. As a
result, the citizen is living of one of the social-care homes of Yerevan as of
August 26.
The Office of the Human
Rights Defender receives such applications regularly.
