Dear
compatriots,
The
independent State is the guarantor of our identity and dignity wherever we may
be.
We should not allow these difficult days to
sow in us the destructive feelings of despair helplessness, and an inability to
fight.
The
State is the real guarantor and supporter for the realization of human rights.
The State can only be developed by people who have knowledge and a vision of
their civic mission, and understand the value of the State.
We
should learn from the shortcomings and mistakes of the past, and move forward
with a belief in our strength and a sense of responsibility towards our
children. Through our words and deeds, we should be worthy of the memory of the
heroes who sacrificed their lives for our Homeland and our dignity.
I
congratulate us all for the 30th anniversary of the Independence of the
Republic of Armenia.
