On
the instructions of the Human Rights Defender, a working group has left for
Syunik province.
Fact-finding
activities will be conducted on the human rights violating acts of the
Azerbaijani servicemen, including on the police checkpoint placed by the
Azerbaijani authorities on M2 inter-state road (on the section of Vorotan village
of Goris).
During
the mission, the representatives of the Defender will also visit Armenian
military units. Studies and private interviews will be held with the
servicemen.
