The
struggle for the independence of Artsakh is for our dignity, our protected
rights and secure life.
We should have faith in our strength, and we
should not allow the destructive feeling of the inability to fight to be sown
in us; We should demonstrate that the just struggle of our heroes was not in
vain.
For the sake of our future and the rights of
our children, we should not stop.
Peace
is the highest value for us, but we should never let ourselves be muddled by a
fake Azerbaijani peace process.
There
can be no peace at the expense of human rights. A true peace can never be
one-sided.
Artsakh
is alive; It must gain strength and become stronger.
As
the Human Rights Defender of Armenia, I will continue to invest my efforts
within my competences, to protect the right of Artsakh and its people.
I
congratulate us all on this sacred Pan-Armenian Holiday.
