On August 9, the Human Rights Defender of Armenia Mr. Arman
Tatoyan met with the Head of the delegation of the International Committee of
the Red Cross in Armenia Mr. Thierry Ribaux.
Issues related to the return of the Armenian captives
and the missing persons were discussed during the meeting.
A specific reference was made to the protection of the
rights of border residents.
