complaints, including alarming-calls to the hotlines, addressed to the Human
Rights Defender has been 7,953.
For comparison, in 2015, the number of provided legal consultations
was 3786, in 2016 - 4041, in 2017 - 4272, in 2018 - 6219, in 2019 - 9153, in
2020 - 10399.
