Dear compatriots,
The real factors imposing
restrictions on the public authorities are your rights and freedoms.
Public officials are obliged
to be guided by your daily concerns, and respect and protect your rights and
freedoms.
All their initiatives and
actions must be based on the rule of law and human rights. Anything else is
unacceptable, it is not honest.
These real values are enshrined
in the Constitution of Armenia, the Supreme Law of our country. These values
are one of the foundations of our strong statehood.
