The information about the water cuts was also posted on the official website of
Veolia Jur CJSC with a delay, as a result of which the citizens did not have
and do not have the opportunity to collect water.
Moreover, according to the
complaints, people are unable to contact Veolia Jur CJSC through the hotline to
receive information about the reasons for the water supply interruption and the
timing of its restoration.
Publications in mass media
and social networks have been studied as well; people are raising the issue of
the change in the taste of the drinking water and its quality.
According to the Human Rights

water cuts are of mass nature, the Office of the Defender initiated
proceedings, and demanded clarifications from Veolia Jur CJSC, the Public
Services Regulatory Commission of Armenia and the Electric Networks of Armenia
CJSC.
