The Human Rights Defender has
developed a guide on issuing a construction permit.
The examination of the
complaints addressed to the Human Rights Defender of Armenia proves, that in
many cases people are not aware of their rights and duties, as a result of
which they often suffer from the administration of state bodies, administrative
acts, unnecessary hassles of state bodies, etc. The issue is urgent particularly
in the field of issuing construction permits.
Delays in the process of
issuing construction permits or denials also hinder investment growth and
development of business environment in the country.
The guide includes answers to
the questions that applicants most often raise in their applications and
complaints.
Relevant regulations were
taken as a basis when compiling the answers to the questions.
