On December 18, the Human Rights Defender Arman Tatoyan and Armenia’s Representative to the ECHR Yeghishe Kirakosyan met with a group of Shirak region residents in Gyumri in relation to the issue of persons captured by the Azerbaijani armed forces in recent days.
