The authorities have a duty to
explain in detail what specific developments or solutions are planned in
connection with the borders of our country after this war.
And they should not do that because
they have to neutralize the consequences of the unexpected developments related
to the security of our country or to address the public resentment over these
unexpected developments.
It should be finally realized that
it concerns the protection of our state, the physical security and safety of our
people and each person.
The public should not be kept in
uncertainty, creating anxiety for society and especially for the residents of
border villages and with all this, disrupt mental immunity and keep people in
constant tension.
These are the direct obligations of
the state, the positive obligations towards each person.
