The Human Rights
Defender, as well as the rapid response groups, at the Defender’s instruction, visited the law enforcement bodies of the
Republic of Armenia with regard to the apprehension of persons from the Freedom
Square.
Private
interviews will be held with the apprehended persons, the grounds of their
apprehension, the state of ensuring their rights, as well as the relevant
documents prepared by the law enforcement bodies will be examined.
