The
Shatvan village and Mets Masrik of Gegharkunik province were subjected to
artillery and UAV attacks. 1 civilian was killed, and 2 others were injured.
This information was separately presented to the Human Rights Defender as
well.
Peaceful
civilians warned the Human Rights Defender that the combat UAVs crashed on two
residential houses, and burned them.
It
is highly condemnable that the attacks were carried out on residential houses
at night when people are surely at home, and in most cases already asleep.
These are gross violations of International Humanitarian Laws.
Shatvan
is the village where the UAVs had appeared when the team headed by the Human
Rights Defender was conducting a fact-finding mission, which as a result was
suspended
