Artsakh's declaration of
independence is a reflection of their cherished victory for their rights and living
in security.
The high dignity and
honor of Armenians of Artsakh is one of the bright symbols of the unity of all
Armenians.
On this symbolic day, I
particularly want to congratulate the Human Rights Defenders of Artsakh, with
whom I had the honor to work: Mr. Yuri Hayrapetyan, Mr. Ruben Melikyan, Mr.
Artak Beglaryan.
Congratulations to every
employee of the Artsakh Human Rights Defender's Office. Thanks to the selfless
efforts of these people, this institution, which is so important for the
democracy of Artsakh, has been successfully established and developed.
We all admire the new
achievements of the current Human Rights Defender Mr. Beglaryan today as well.
It is gratifying to see this development.
