At the Human Rights Defender’s instruction,
rapid response groups were sent to RA police units with regard to apprehension
of citizens.
Private interviews will be held with the
apprehended persons, the grounds for apprehension and the respect of their
rights will be observed, as well as the documents prepared by the Police will
be examined.
