At the
Human Rights Defender’s instruction, rapid response groups visited the RA
Police units with regard to the apprehension of persons gathered near the
National Security Service building.
Private
interviews will be held with the apprehended persons, the grounds of their
apprehension, the state of protection of their rights, as well as the relevant
documents prepared by the Police will be examined.
In
particular, the Office of the Human Rights Defender monitors the recent
developments from the early morning.
