On March
3, the Human Rights Defender Arman Tatoyan had a meeting with the Council of
Europe Commissioner for Human Rights H.E. Dunja Mijatović in Strasbourg.
The parties discussed issues related to torture
prevention in Armenia; women’s and children’s rights; insulating and hate
speech that are observed in social media, as well as awareness raising
campaigns.
