A convict
applied for the Human Rights Defender’s support in organizing the necessary
meical examination and surgery.
The applicant
particularly noted that he has problems with eyes and that needed to undergo a
surgery.
In the
framework of the discussion procedure, the Human Rights Defender sent a letter to
the RA Ministry of Justice.
As a result,
the convict underwent medical examinations and eye surgery, which was arranged
in the framework of state-guaranteed favorable terms and free of charge.
The Human
Rights Defender also followed the course of postoperative drug treatment of the
convict.
