In the
framework of official visit to Artsakh, the Human Rights Defender of Armenia
together with his counterpart in Artsakh paid visits to military units.
Private
interviews were held with soldiers and discussions with military servicemen and
officers.
Health
care services, disciplinary proceedings, as well as psychological issues were studied.
