Dear compatriots,
Honorable soldiers, warrant officers, officers and generals,
January 28 became a real national holiday for us for 28 years.
Armenian Army is one of the main safeguards for our independence and security. This is one of the most valuable achievements of our statehood.
The protection of human rights in armed forced, civil oversight are priorities for every democratic state.
Protection of rights of servicemen and their family members are under my constant attention.
I wish safe military service to yesterday’s and today’s defenders of our homeland and new achievements for the sake of strong and powerful Republic of Armenia.
