Tatoyan sent a video message for the closing event summarizing the results of
“Human Rights in My Eyes” photo and video competition, organized by the Human
Rights Defender of Artsakh, Artak Beglaryan.
The Human Rights Defender of Armenia, as
the Chair of the Competition Commission, congratulated his counterpart and his professional
staff, as well as the children for winning different awards in the competition.
