On
April 22, Ms. Lusine Nahapetyan, Head of the Shirak Regional Department of the
Human Rights Defender's Office, was hosted at the "Gyumri High School No.
1" SNCO.
The
goal was to present the activities of the Human Rights Defender, the history of
the institution, as well as the procedure for applying to the Defender.
The
meeting was held in a Q&A format: students raised various questions.
The
Human Rights Defender attaches importance to the meetings with students from
educational institutions and representatives of non-governmental organizations,
including with the involvement of regional departments.
The
meetings are of an ongoing nature.
