On March 30, the day of local government elections in
Gyumri and Parakar communities, the Human Rights Defender’s Office of the
Republic of Armenia has been working since early morning.
A hotline is also operating 24/7, providing citizens with
legal consultation.
Publications in mass media are being reviewed separately.
Complaints regarding the exercise of electoral rights or
electoral violations can be submitted to the Human Rights Defender’s Office
through the 24/7 toll-free hotline at 116 or (096) 116 100.
