On July 26, the Human Rights Defender Anahit Manasyan held a working meeting with the Heads of Regional Sub-Divisions of the Staff.
The Heads of Regional Sub-Divisions from Gegharkunik, Tavush, Lori, Shirak and Syunik (online) participated.
Anahit Manasyan mentioned that the active activity of the institution in the regions is extremely important. In this context it was emphasized that the Regional Sub-Divisions have to work actively, including conducting various awareness-raising activities.
The importance of the expansion of cooperation with civil society representatives was also emphasized.
The Heads of Sub-Divisions presented to the Defender the issues related to human rights in their regions. A number of issues related to work organization methodology were also discussed.
