On February 24-25, the
staff of the Human Rights Defender participated in a team building workshop,
the aim of which was to increase the cohesion and efficiency of employees by
performing joint tasks.
Teamwork was organized
aimed at identifying personal qualities, developing teamwork skills and
effective interaction between employees.
Within the framework
of the event, issues related to the work carried out by the staff of the Human
Rights Defender during the previous year, the annual report "On the
activities of the Human Rights Defender's Office of RA in 2023, and the state
of protection of human rights and freedoms" were discussed.
The workshop was
organized within the framework of the “Accountable Institutions and Human
Rights Protection in Armenia” project, funded by the European Union (EU) and
implemented by the UN structures.
Such measures aimed at
the development of the capabilities of the staff of the Human Rights Defender's
Office are of a continuous nature.
