Taking into consideration a number of alarming
calls addressed to the Human Rights Defender’s Office, as well as the results
of the monitoring, rapid response groups went to the police units at the
Defender’s instruction.
During the visits, private interviews with the
apprehended persons will be held, the grounds of their apprehension, the state
of protection of their rights, as well as the relevant documents prepared by
the law enforcement bodies will be examined.
The Human Rights Defender’s Office continues
to monitor the current protests.
