The guide of the Human Rights Defender on the new Coronavirus and human rights in the State of Emergency was printed in Braille. The first part has already been sent to persons with visual impairments.
The guide was printed with the support of the EU funded “Promotion and Protection of Human Rights in Armenia” Project implemented by UNDP, UNFPA and UNICEF.
